CMDA presents solid results and ambitious plans for 2025 at the Coordination Council meeting
23 July 2025The Municipal Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (CMDA) announces the Coordination Council meeting, at which results and 2025 plans were presented and approved.
Relevant results:
- Over 375,000 people informed about business launch opportunities
- 3,075 beneficiaries of consulting, guidance and mentoring services
- 5,619 participants in free entrepreneurial training sessions
- 1,118 people trained in entrepreneurial competency development programmes
Direct economic impact:
- 16 investment projects financed through the “STARTUP for YOUTH AND MIGRANTS” Programme
- 450 estimated jobs created
- 33.3 million lei in investments attracted into the municipal economy
Institutional development and partnerships:
- 62.9 million lei – value of external assistance projects submitted
- 7 active international partnerships (Romania, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Greece, Ukraine, Turkey)
Strategic directions for 2025
In 2025, CMDA will continue implementing the main programmes dedicated to entrepreneurs, with a budget of 20 million lei allocated by Chișinău City Hall.
