About CMDA

Municipal Center for Entrepreneurship Development

The Municipal Center for Entrepreneurship Development (I.P. CMDA) is a public, non-commercial, self-managed institution, founded by the Chisinau Municipal Council through Decision No. 5/3 of June 6, 2023 and registered in the State Register of Legal Entities on September 13, 2023.

In its activities, CMDA collaborates with central public authorities in the field, local public authorities, economic agents regardless of the type of ownership and form of organization from the Republic of Moldova and abroad, as well as other relevant organizations and institutions.

Mission

I.P. CMDA has the mission of implementing municipal policies in the field of business environment support and development through entrepreneurial support programs.

  • Facilitating access to business consulting and assistance services.
  • Developing human capital through promoting entrepreneurial skills and culture.
  • Facilitating access to financing for SMEs in Chisinau municipality.
  • Developing entrepreneurial support infrastructure.
  • Participating in the development of strategic documents and facilitating private dialogue.
